Salary DOQ. Located east of Los Angeles, in the Inland Empire, Moreno Valley is one of California’s most dynamic and fastest growing cities. With a population of over 190,000 residents, Moreno Valley is a city dedicated to raising families, building community, and enjoying life. Under the general direction of the City Council, the City Manager is responsible for the efficient administration of all the affairs of the City. The City’s adopted FY 2009/10 operating and capital improvement budget is $311,000,000 and has a workforce of 304 FTE dedicated employees. Requires a BA/BS (a Master’s degree is desirable) and a minimum of five years of stable and progressively responsible experience at the executive level (experience as an Assistant City Manager/City Administrator is desirable).
