South Coast Water District
The South Coast Water District is an independent special district that serves the water and sewer needs of more than 40,000 residents and over two million visitors to the coastal regions of Dana Point, South Laguna and parts of San Clemente. It is a public agency that is owned by the people in which it services. The SCWD is also environmentally sensitive, financially responsible and engaged in many methods of water conservation.
